September Seminar 2000, Newport

How many photographers does it take to do a beach portrait? This summer at Newport, the answer was about 150. Great weather, great speakers, and a great group made it a great seminar!

The photo swap meet gave everyone a chance
to buy each others props and equipment. Now, Dan and Michael's portraits will look like Ben's.

Seminar Chairman Ben Vallejos presents digital  wizard Kevin Kubota with a token of appreciation for his program on Photoshop.

Lots of sun, a little wind, and a round of tropical drinks kicks off Sunday's beach party buffet.

It was fun and games at the beach party.
"And the winner of a night with Ben Vallejos is....Judi Vallejos!"

Late afternoon Sunday, it was down to the beach to learn beach portrait techniques with wall portrait guru Ken Whitmire.

As the sun sets, Ken gets a final portrait of our patient family models.
