OUR MISSION:
We are an association of professional photographers whose members strive for the highest artistic, business and ethical standards.  We encourage the continuing professional growth of all our members, regardless of their experience level, through a continuing program of education and peer to peer networking.  We promote professional photography as an art form, elevating its value in the eyes of the consuming public

• We promote professional and ethical business practices, not only with our customers, but also in our interactions with other photographers.
• Through a program of continuing education, we strive to raise the professional and artistic capabilities of our members.
• We nurture and train new and aspiring photographers in order to increase their level of success and to help them attain the business, professional and artistic standards promoted by PPO
• We provide continuing training for the experienced photographer, recognizing that when you cease to grow, you die, especially in our rapidly changing profession.
• We encourage and promote networking among our members for the exchange of technical, artistic and business information. We recognize that there is a wealth of knowledge and experience within our membership, and we encourage the open sharing in order to raise the overall capabilities of our members.
• We promote business referrals between members.
• We promote professional photography to the general public, and particularly the value of selecting one of our members to meet their photographic needs.
